Making Riding Easy at Ashland Electric Bikes

Maybe you’ve noticed those people riding bikes around town who seem to take our steep Ashland hills in stride.  Their secret might well be an electric bike.

This cool, environmentally conscious hybrid allows you the choice of pedaling as much or as little as you like on your own power, then switching to an electric “boost” when you reach those difficult climbs.

Yay! Mobile Madness Opens a Store in Ashland

Simplifying Your Life with the School of the New Work

Alexis (Lexi) Delgado wants people to know that they don’t have to stay “stuck” in an unhappy life.  Getting unstuck can be as simple—or as difficult—as returning to our simpler selves, trusting our intuition and our inner strength.

Lexi has developed the “School of the New Work” to give people a new way to look at their lives. Her approach is based on what she learned about psychology, brain science, mindfulness practice, yoga, somatic therapies, and ancient traditions after working as a mental health therapist for more than 15 years.

Sixty-Two Years at Windermere Van Vleet Real Estate

Now celebrating its 62nd year serving the southern Oregon community, Windermere Van Vleet Real Estate has a rich history. Robert E. (Bob) Van Vleet established the company in 1954. Louise Myers joined as a sales associate in 1957, and Leo Zupan joined in 1960. In 1964 the three became partners and formed the corporation known as Van Vleet & Associates.

That same year, they purchased a lot at the corner of Third and Lithia Way (375 Lithia Way), and built a single-story brick building, later adding a second story.
