Stay Motivated at Aspire Fitness

“I love what I do,” says Steve Thomas, owner of Aspire Fitness, located at 1 West 6th Street, #10, in downtown Medford. Steve was born and raised here in Medford and has been a trainer for 12 years, owning his own personal training studio for five years (Aspire Personal Training) prior to opening Aspire Fitness in January of 2014.
Steve had some health problems growing up, and found that diet and exercise eliminated all his problems. He was 12 when he started taking care of his body, and by 17 he was training other people how to as well.
“I have a fantastic team that I work with and I feel very lucky and grateful to own and manage Aspire Fitness. We are Medford’s finest fitness club,” Steve said. “We offer professional personal training, strategically designed boot camp programs, and private club memberships.”

R&D’s Sandwiches & Deli

Brian and April Kenyon met in 1987 in Fallon, NV, just after Brian joined the Navy. And according to Brian, the desire to open a sandwich shop had been in their dreams pretty much since they met.
The couple would frequent a local sandwich shop in Nevada, and it attracted them to the business. After moving to Medford in 1991, they went to R&D’s Sandwich and Deli when it first opened up across from the Rogue Valley Mall. That was 18 years ago, and Brian was impressed with the place.
“The couple running R&D’s at the time seemed to really enjoy making great food and treating their customers like part of their family.”

Now located in the heart of downtown Medford

Dennis Johnson, owner of Oregon Trail Coin and Jewelry now located at 2 N. "Of course I accepted the offer and from 1973 to 1979 I worked for $3 an hour learning the coin business and the proper techniques of customer service, buying and selling coins, setting up at coin shows, offering free appraisals, colored gemstone identification and diamond grading, jewelry purchasing and selling, and the fine art of being a professional business owner."

Performance and Reliability with Rogue Web Works

When Eric and Robin Gotfrid, owners of Rogue Web Works, first visited the Rogue Valley in 2005. They knew right away that this was the community and the place for them. They already had a thriving business in Half Moon Bay, California, where they provided neighboring merchants with custom web design and hosting services. Since moving to the Rogue Valley, Eric has engaged with local businesses, offering everything from top-tier web hosting to comprehensive website management. " Referral business from happy clients has been keeping me very busy," Eric said.

We caught up with Eric and asked him what makes web hosting at Rogue Web Works such a great opportunity for Rogue Valley business people.
"You get more performance and reliability than you see with the big hosting providers. We put a lot more resources into our hosting network, and users can see the difference."
