Father & Son Jewelers

With nearly 90 years of experience between them, Robert Galas and son Robert A. Galas, owners of Father & Son Jewelers, know their way around a jewelry shop. And they also know what it takes to succeed in the business. "Dad always taught me to treat customers like you would want to be treated," Robert A. said, "And when you repair or create a piece, do it as if you were doing it for yourself. These are words that we have lived by for years."

Stop Smoking and More with Renée Miereanu at The Breathe Center

When Renée Miereanu, founder of The Breathe Center, was in her own therapy years ago, she was fascinated by the relatively rapid ways that she healed from the various modalities she experienced. "So I began to study advanced, clinical hypnotherapy and counseling methods," Renée said.

Her studies soon brought her to the Professional Associates in Clinical Hypnosis, Education and Research Foundation of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

SoundScape  Mobile Hearing Aid Specialists

According to South Medford High graduate Nathan Willard, to be a good hearing aid specialist you have to care about people, be able to listen to them, and have the tenacity to keep working at a problem until it's solved.

And thanks to a diverse background, Nathan possesses all of these qualities. He was All-Conference in both football and wrestling at South, and after college, grad school and the Air Force, Nathan returned to Medford with his wife Jessi to raise their children.

Decorative Landscape Curbing Made Easy with Redi-Curb

After seven years in telecommunications in Utah, Kevin Kelly was ready to make a career change and become his own boss. And as if out of a movie, his opportunity literally arrived at his doorstep, well, actually one door down.

"To my amazement, I woke up one day to a neighbor having a cement curb installed around his lawn in the snow," Kevin said. "At that point, I decided I had finally found the concept I was looking for: a practical product that anyone can use whether around a lawn as a mowing strip, along a driveway as a finishing touch, or in a pathway to retain rock."

My Daughter’s Closet

Medford native Tami Abeloe has seen many consignment stores come and go during the past three years since opening her own upper end consignment store— My Daughter’s Closet—in May of 2009. “I think the misconception is that this is an easy business to be in,” Tami explains. “Let me assure you, it takes a lot of work and business sense. Slow and steady wins the race. Our customer service really sets us apart. We love our customers and consignors – we consider them our friends!”
My Daughter’s Closet, located at 237 E. Main Street in downtown Medford, offers brand name clothing, shoes, and accessories at reasonable prices    for women and teens. In December of 2011 they added to their space by taking on a vacancy at the back of the store, which is now home to their junior selections.
