Scott Keith, owner of Northwest Outdoor Store here in Medford, has created the ideal environment for folks who aim to enjoy themselves while shopping as opposed to the hair-pulling experience they might sometimes get while in an over-sized chain store.

Last year Scott expanded into the space next door and wasted no time installing a growler filling station/wine bar.

After not being totally satisfied with the advice he was receiving from other grow shops, Devon Kline decided to take the matter into his own hands, and in March 2014, along with his father Kevin Carter, opened The Greenway Hydroponics, LLC at 1010 Fisher Ave. here in Medford.
“My father was always into gardening,” Devon said. “We have many years of experience with outdoor and indoor gardening.”

The roots for Father and Son Jewelers actually started over a century ago in Greece. “My grandfather emigrated from Greece in 1907. He worked as a waiter in New York, learned to speak English and later opened a restaurant,” said Robert Galas, who currently owns and operates Father and Son Jewelers with two of his three daughters, Deb Aust and Wendy Wessels.
