Arruda Built Construction

Ron Arruda, owner of Arruda Built Construction, has over 27 years experience in the construction industry. “I followed in family tradition and learned the skills from my father, also a General Contractor,” Ron said. “His guidance taught me to be very detail-oriented and meticulous in all of my projects.”

Originally from California, Ron relocated to Oregon in the 80s and has enjoyed living in Talent for the past nine years. “My wife grew up here; and my father-in-law was your local barber at Hairy Larry’s on Talent Avenue for over 30 years. We enjoy the small town ‘vibe,’ but we’re still close enough to get to any and all events that our valley offers, especially all the outdoor adventures for every season.”

Lady J Arts

Several months ago artist Jessica Hope Prince Kroll met with a client at the Downtowne Coffee House. When leaving she noticed the “For Rent” sign on the building next door. In mid December she opened the doors of her very own working artists studio, Lady J Arts, at 202 Talent Avenue.

Raised in Ashland, and after living in several towns here in the Rogue Valley, Jessica found herself happily living in Talent for handful of years. “When I got married several years ago, I moved to Medford with my husband. It didn’t take long before I was homesick for the little town I had grown to love.”
