Pro Nails & Waxing has a new ownership and new outlook. Michelle Diep, who has many years experience in the industry, moved down from Portland and bought the former Ashland Nails, located in the Ashland Shopping Center next to the Cinema.
“Our team of professionals are all experienced in their craft,” Michelle said. “We focus on bringing excellent service, specializing in waxing, pedicures, manicures, acrylic, solar, gel, and the new natural organic dip powder, which uses no chemicals. We sterilize all of our tools and chairs, and we never re-use files and buffers. We keep it safe for everyone.”
Pro Nails and Waxing has hundreds of gels to choose from. You can also expect reasonable prices and friendly service.
“We offer a variety of services that are guaranteed stylish and fit according to your taste,” Michelle said. “Your nails will be treated carefully by our talented and enthusiastic staff. They always try their best in attempting to give you the most satisfaction. We really try to bring to our valued customers the high quality of services and treatment they have come to expect.”
Here is one statement from their Facebook page: “My friend and I went here for a girl’s day. It was great. We didn’t have an appointment. They sat us right next to each other so we could chat. They paid great attention to detail. They went over my toenails several times to remove polish, making my cuticles IMMACULATE by buffing and scrubbing them. The polish was adorable (a pretty light green color). It was even, my nails looked great, and they were very clean. I also got a mani—just a buff because I can’t use any nail polish at work for health code reasons. My nails looked great. I really like this place. And well priced as well.”
Another mentioned: “My tech today was very nice and she did an awesome job. She really takes her time and is very friendly. I observe her and the staff with other customers and they really do make it a fun environment and joke around. I love that they have relationships with their clients and you can see and feel it genuinely. I definitely will be back if I’m in the area.”
