Compassionate Senior Services w/ Lin Frederickson
Lin Frederickson, who has worked at Asante for 19 and a half years in surgery, has been working with Team Senior Referral Services since 2019 to provide essential services to seniors.
“I have always been an advocate for seniors,” Lin said. “I’ve been working with Team Senior for almost two years now, and I just love starting a new adventure with each senior I meet. It is fun and exciting to help with the next chapter in their lives. It is very important to me that we find a wonderful location that they can enjoy. I still maintain a friendship with most of my clients even after they move. I love meeting family members and learning their life stories.”
Lin has lived and worked in Southern Oregon for over 30 years. “I love riding horses and traveling,” she said. “Working with seniors and helping figure out the numbers and finances to make it work is challenging and rewarding. We’re essentially real estate agents for the elderly when searching for assisted living. In consideration of your personal, social, financial and healthcare needs, we will personally guide you through the complexities of your senior-living options, from independent living and assisted living to memory care and adult foster homes.”
In that effort, Lin works exclusively with Team Senior.

Team Senior is located in the Rogue Valley, serving Grants Pass, Medford and Ashland, and they’re very much in tune with what is happening with the Southern Oregon senior community.
