As an obstetrician, Dr. King had the privilege of assisting in thousands of births. She later shifted her focus to gynecological care, specializing in infertility and minimally invasive surgery. During this transition, she founded King Aesthetics, driven by a passion for helping women feel their best through life’s changes—pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal shifts, and aging. She built a team of highly trained, compassionate clinicians dedicated to women’s wellness.

Dr. King has lived in the Rogue Valley since 2002, when she started her OBGYN practice. She trained as an OBGYN resident at OHSU in Portland and earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University in Southern California. A native of the Northwest from Walla Walla, Washington, she enjoys the lifestyle and outdoor activities that the Rogue Valley provides. She stays very active running, mountain biking, traveling, skiing, wake surfing, surfing, dancing, and trying to keep up with her three children.
Over the years, Dr. King saw a void in the healthcare system where women’s sexual health is concerned. This prompted her desire to offer comprehensive sexual medicine as a first in many steps to improving the sex lives of her patients. She also offers comprehensive specialty gynecological care; gynecological surgery (hysterectomy, laparoscopy, excisional endometriosis surgery); specialized in-office procedures; ultrasound services; routine care (annual exams, cancer screening); contraceptive management; fertility and reproductive health (fertility support, diagnostic testing, ultrasounds); menopause and perimenopause management; sexual health; menstrual and hormonal health.
At King Aesthetics, the team of advanced estheticians, Maggie Johnson and Beth O’Connor, offers a combined fifty years of experience, offering body contouring, laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
