Affordable Home Furnishings Adds Another Store

It just seems like yesterday that we did an article on Affordable Home Furnishings (2185 NE Spalding) but the ever-entrepreneurial Robby Salazar has now opened a second store at 129 SE H Street in downtown Grant Pass.

Robby has lived in the Rogue Valley his entire life and graduated from North Valley High School. He has managed several furniture stores over his career but was never happy with the way the customers were taken care of.

Quality and Pricing at Budget Blinds

When it comes to entrepreneurship, Fred and Darus Juarez go the extra mile. For starters, they own a franchise broker business where they help individuals pursue their dreams of business ownership by purchasing a franchise or business opportunity. Second, they are in the process of placing vending machines in the area which would offer healthy alternatives to candy and soda in the form of organic and non-GMO snack and drink items.
And third, they are the franchise holders of Budget Blinds of Southern Oregon, which is part of the number one custom window covering company in North America. They currently serve Josephine, Jackson and Klamath Counties.

Upscale Children’s Resale at Kid to Kid

It's kind of funny how kids grow up so quickly. One minute they're barely scooting across the living room floor; the next minute they're at the DMV taking their driving test. Along the way, they outgrow clothes and toys so fast, it's hard to keep up.

At Kid to Kid, an upscale children's resale store at 2324 Poplar Drive in Medford, they've solved that problem for you. Owners Kori and Michael Forney, who moved to the Rogue Valley from San Jose in 1997, bought the franchise in 2011 as soon as they heard it was for sale.
