Affordable Retirement Living at Foothill
April 2019
When it comes to retirement, not everyone can afford to buy a luxury condo in Cabo San Lucas. Most of us are looking for something affordable and comfortable where we can interact with others and establish new and lasting friendships.
And that’s where Foothill Retirement Centers I & II in Grants Pass come in handy. Community #1 at 2031 NE D Street was built in 1994, and it became so popular that they added a second community at 1997 NE D in 2001. The centers are managed by Pacific Retirement Services.
“PRS saw a need in Grants Pass to create and enhance affordable housing to local seniors,” a spokesman for the company said. “Our mission is to provide exceptional leadership to our family of organizations, working together to enhance the aging experience.”
The Foothill communities are clean, comfortable, and secure three-story buildings that have an elevator, indoor mailboxes, in-house laundry facilities, video surveillance, and locked exterior doors. Air-conditioned apartments feature fire sprinklers and emergency pull cords.
Residents can find a healthy, stable and secure community to retire in. Amenities at Foothill I & II include resident computers with Internet, resident gardens, a pet area, and a community room for games, parties, and other activities.
A management team oversees daily operations and routine maintenance.
“As leaders in affordable housing, we are dedicated to quality, respect and integrity,” the spokesman said. “Our desire is to provide support and resources to create an environment that will enrich the lives of our residents. We take pride in building, administering, and maintaining high standards of service for individuals and families.”
