Free Senior Placement Services with Living Well
June 2021
As a card-carrying member of the Baby Boomer generation, I suppose at some point I’ll have to consider some different living arrangements than what I have now. To get me jumpstarted in the right direction, I may want to give Shiela Ford a call.
“When people are looking for senior living, they just don’t know where to start,” said Shiela, Senior Placement Advisor for Living Well—A Senior Home Referral Service, LLC. “Families are under duress, and they don’t know whom to trust. They don’t have the time to do all the research themselves and meet all the care providers.”
That’s where Shiela can assist families. She knows all the available senior living options in Grants Pass, Medford and Ashland, and she develops a plan by looking at location preference, health needs, budget, and lifestyle preferences.
“I help my clients make an informed living decision,” she said. “All of the research and services are free, and it’s like being a realtor for seniors.”
Shiela has spent her career preparing to help people when they reach the time in their life when circumstances have changed and a new living community is the next step. This could mean finding Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care or Adult Family Home. She has spent the past 12 years in Josephine County serving the needs of seniors with compassion and care.
“I have the expertise to help folks fully understand the ever-changing options in the senior living industry and especially those areas that have been impacted since the COVID-19 pandemic,” Shiela said. “I am passionate about advocating for our seniors and love helping people find the perfect solution which offers them a better quality of life.”
Living Well—A Senior Home Referral Service, LLC has its main office in Camas, Washington. The company began five years ago and now serves the Portland/Vancouver metro area, central and eastern Washington, and the greater Kansas City area, as well as southern Oregon.
