Elegantly evoking the heyday of car travel, Larks Kitchen & Cocktails, located at 200 N Riverside here in Medford, showcases the best of 1960s décor, and uses the region’s finest ingredients. Boasting a full bar, spacious lounge, and beautifully lit dining room, Larks is warm, contemporary, and inviting.
LARKS Kitchen & Cocktails, owned by Doug and Becky Neuman, features epic local and global flavors and ingredients. Each dish is handcrafted and made from scratch.
In April 2019, chef Billy Buscher took over the kitchen. Buscher, an Oregon native, developed his basic cooking skills at the historic Jacksonville Inn, fine tuned his techniques at the Carriage House, Nunan Estate and made a name for himself as the Executive Chef at Alchemy Restaurant in Ashland.
During his tenure at Alchemy, the restaurant was awarded Top 100 Restaurants for Foodies by Open Table. Billy has had the honor to win the title of Top Chef at the Ashland Culinary Festival as well as first place in the Bite of Oregon Hot Chef cookoff in Portland. He also expanded his global cooking skills with a stint in New Zealand.
“I have a passion for cooking techniques, flavors and presentation,” Buscher said. On the rare occasion when you don’t find Chef Billy creating magic in the kitchen, you may find him enjoying nature and escaping to the forests and mountains of Southern Oregon.
At Larks you can enjoy the casual atmosphere of the lounge while exploring the happy hour specials, craft cocktails, regional beer and wine, all beautifully accompanied by live music offered Monday through Friday. Or, experience fine dining at its best in the beautifully lit dining room.

Larks Kitchen and Cocktails is open daily for lunch and dinner, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday (the dinner menu includes Casual Fare and Fine Food).
Their HAPPY HOUR is Monday – Friday from 4:30 – 6:00 pm; and features Live Music and great prices on small bites, burgers, beer, wine and cocktails.
