The model that Nectar Markets uses to produce and sell cannabis is exactly what the voters thought they’d be getting when the approved the legalization of cannabis in 2015. According to owner Jeremy Pratt, “Nectar has roots in Southern Oregon and we wanted to be able to provide the city of Grants Pass with quality cannabis products, leading us to enter the market with it being one of our first locations in Southern Oregon.”

The store is located at 162 NE Beacon Drive, Suite 105. Marketing director Joseph Plaster gave a brief history.

“Nectar Markets owns multiple farms right here in Southern Oregon,” Joseph said. “While we still retail products from other companies, many in-store products we carry are grown by us. The seed-to-sale business model we operate under allows us to provide quality products to the consumer, with safeguards at each step of the production and cultivation process. By doing this we are able to further our mission of bringing accessibility and convenience to our customers by taking charge of our supply chain and distribution network.”
