The real estate “season” will soon be heating up, and brokers Lynn Fauley and Shelley Wytcherley at Wild Rogue Real Estate (owner/broker: Terri Lewis) are here to guide you through all of your real estate needs, from finding a place and/or selling your home to signing on the dotted line. Both women have years of experience in real estate.
“I moved here in 1983 from Southern California,” Lynn said. “Several of my family members had previously relocated here and we loved the small town, welcoming feel of Grants Pass and thought it was a good place to raise our family.”
Lynn has been around construction all her life.
“I enjoy all aspects of home building, from planning to finishing touches,” she said. “My husband and I have flipped several homes in past years and built both homes we have lived in. I have always liked working with people, so the real estate field fits my interests and skills. I am available to clients at all times, evenings and weekends included.”
Lynn’s goal is to guide buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process.
“I offer them my knowledge and skills in knowing what to look for when buying a home or what to do to get the best price for a home they are selling,” she said. “I handle all the paperwork, negotiations, work with the title company, other agents, and the lender to insure a smooth transaction.”
Shelley Wytcherley was born and raised in Grants Pass and has lived here most of her life.
“I love this valley and its lifestyle, and most of my family still live here,” she said. “My dad is a retired general contractor, and my mom started selling real estate to work alongside him and my brothers. Many people in my family are excavators, landscapers, surveyors, etc. It’s just part of who I am, and I love this business.”
Shelley also helps sellers and buyers negotiate the complex process of real estate transactions.
“It’s my goal to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible,” she said. “As a lifetime resident of the valley, I know the area and its people. I have 20 years’ experience as a real estate broker.”
