Dan and Eric met during an open house at a Montessori preschool where both of their sons attended. This happenstance meeting turned into a long lasting friendship that has brought them together as business partners working toward the same goal of assisting buyers and sellers through the challenging process of home ownership, and developing many new and long lasting friendships with those they have the pleasure to help.

Dan was raised by a mother who is a very savvy real estate investor, and he was often involved from a young age in the decision-making process of purchasing properties. He went on to become a personal real estate investor, owning and managing many rentals where he fine-tuned his building, construction and management skills. During this time Dan gained invaluable experience negotiating with buyers and sellers, securing financing, evaluating property condition and managing deals through closing. In addition, Dan became a licensed contractor for a number of years specializing in kitchen and bath remodels, a skill that has been unbelievably beneficial to both buyers and sellers in his real estate business.

Eric has been a hard working business owner most of his life. He has created and managed successful businesses in the internet and computer world for more than 25 years. The marketing, internet and management skills he has gained from these endeavors has given Eric the skills needed to guide his clients through the stressful and exciting process of buying or selling a home.
