Greg Goebelt started his real estate career in 2002 at Remax in Ashland. When the Ashland Remax branch closed in 2009, he moved to Royce Real Estate in Ashland - a boutique office of top-producing agents. In 2013, he hired on Meghan McNulty as an assistant and transaction coordinator.

Trium Wines

In September 2017 Anthony Corallo purchased Trium Wines from the Lotspeich family where Laura and her son Dustin continue to own and operate Pheasant Hill Vineyards. The majority of grapes for Trium’s wines are still sourced from these carefully tended vines along with Viognier and Chardonnay from other local growers.

Playhouse Coffee Roasting

In April of last year Vince and Julee Lockett bought the Eugene-based business Playhouse Coffee Roasting, and relocated it right here to Talent. “We’re both southern Oregon natives,” Julee said. “Vince has been a career fireman here for District 5 for 23 years, and I’ve been at the Phoenix/Talent School District for almost 20 years.”
