Buying and Selling Real Estate at Full Circle

August 2016

Full Circle Real EstateOn the scale of major life decisions, buying or selling a home ranks way up there. Finding the right real estate agent can make all the difference in how happily you’ll live ever after.

It was with this in mind that Eric Poole and Mark Philhower bought Full Circle Real Estate in 2008, an office that had opened in 2006.

“We understand that selling or buying property is a big decision, and it can take time to make that decision,” says Eric. “We love to share our knowledge and love of Ashland, and invite folks to stop by to talk without any concern of high pressure sales or expectations.”

He and Mark created Full Circle as a full-service real estate business that represents sellers and buyers, both residential and commercial.  The group employs five agents and is located in the heart of downtown Ashland at 240 E. Main Street.

“We are all full-time brokers who handle more transactions than some offices twice our size,” says Mark. “Our clients benefit from that knowledge and experience.”

Full Circle’s Main Street location also offers maximum exposure to potential buyers, with a steady stream of foot traffic stopping to browse the many residential and business listings.
Eric and Mark love to promote Ashland’s many advantages and quality of life. Eric was drawn here by the natural beauty and small town atmosphere. He and his wife, Stacy, have lived in Ashland since 1999. “It’s been the perfect location to raise our two daughters and to develop friendships over the years,” he said.

Mark moved here with his family from Ojai, California, in 2005, looking for a “small town with big city culture. Ashland has great schools, lots of open space and a healthy lifestyle, all major draws for a place to raise my three daughters,” he said.

Their fondness for Ashland’s friendly community feel is reflected in the way they conduct business. “We have an open-door atmosphere,” says Mark. “We listen to our clients’ needs and desires and take time to develop trust and comfort.”

Eric adds, “We create lasting connections. We like nothing more than seeing our clients around town, knowing that we provided them with great personalized service.”

They also believe in giving back to the community that has given them so much.

“We believe it is our responsibility to do all we can to preserve this beautiful place we call home,” Mark said. “Through our membership with ‘1% for the Planet,’ we support local organizations that align with our mission and keep Southern Oregon vibrant and healthy.”
